For the Yogurt Mixture:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
For the Granola Layer:
- 3/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Jam: Combine the strawberries and sugar or honey in a small saucepan. Let macerate, then simmer until thick and jammy. Let cool.
- Make the Yogurt Mixture: Whisk together yogurt, milk, and honey until pourable.
- Assemble the Popsicles: Layer yogurt, granola, and strawberries in popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Unmold and Serve: Run molds under hot water to release popsicles. Enjoy!
