For the Latte:
- 3/4 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 4 medium strawberries, stems removed
- 2.5 tablespoons white granulated sugar (or substitute with honey or maple syrup)
- 1.5 teaspoons matcha
- 4 tablespoons boiling hot water
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Base: In a tall glass, muddle the strawberries and sugar until pureed, or blend them together.
- Assemble the Latte: Add ice cubes to the glass, pour milk over the ice, and set aside.
- Whisk the Matcha: Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk until frothy.
