Ingredients for Smoked Sausage Alfredo Pasta:

  • 2 12 oz packs of Kielbasa
  • 10 oz pasta (Cellentani or any other type)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into rounds and brown them in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, then pour in the heavy cream. Stir well.
  4. Season the sauce: Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
