Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 1 cup Cameron’s Coffee Sea Salt Caramel Cold Brew Blend
  • 68 cups water

Caramel Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Each Drink:

  • 24 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Cold Brew: Add coffee grounds and water to a container, steep in the refrigerator for 12 – 24 hours, then strain.
  2. Caramel Syrup: Simmer sugar and water until amber, add hot water, vanilla, and cool.
  3. Cold Foam: Fill a glass with ice and cold brew, mix milk and caramel syrup, froth, and pour over the coffee.

Notes

  • The milk’s fat content affects the foaminess; whole milk produces the best foam.
  • Plant-based milks can be used but may not foam as well.
