Cold Brew:
- 1 cup Cameron’s Coffee Sea Salt Caramel Cold Brew Blend
- 6 – 8 cups water
Caramel Syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Each Drink:
- 2 – 4 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Cold Brew: Add coffee grounds and water to a container, steep in the refrigerator for 12 – 24 hours, then strain.
- Caramel Syrup: Simmer sugar and water until amber, add hot water, vanilla, and cool.
- Cold Foam: Fill a glass with ice and cold brew, mix milk and caramel syrup, froth, and pour over the coffee.
Notes
- The milk’s fat content affects the foaminess; whole milk produces the best foam.
- Plant-based milks can be used but may not foam as well.
