Description

A rich and creamy peanut butter cheesecake dip featuring smooth cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, whipped topping, and sweet Reese’s Minis, perfect for parties or a sweet snack served chilled with your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 7.6 oz Reese's Minis, quartered

Instructions

  1. Beat Cream Cheese: In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps for a perfect base.
  2. Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla: Mix in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract thoroughly until well combined with the cream cheese.
  3. Add Confectioner’s Sugar: Beat in the confectioner’s sugar until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. The mixture may feel stiff here, which is expected.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip using a large plastic spatula or spoon, mixing carefully to maintain the light texture.
  5. Add Peanut Butter Cups: Stir in half of the quartered Reese’s Minis into the dip for bursts of peanut butter and chocolate flavor.
  6. Transfer and Chill: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with the remaining Reese’s Minis. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and dip to firm up.

Notes

  • This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Serve with graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, twisted pretzels, apple slices, or strawberries for a variety of delicious dipping options.
  • Due to the dairy ingredients, do not leave the dip out at room temperature for more than 2 hours to maintain food safety.
