Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (226g) egg noodles or pasta of choice
- Salt
- 2 ounces (60g) grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 3 tablespoons (42g) butter
- Handful chopped or torn herbs like basil, parsley, or chives
- Fresh ground black pepper for serving
Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add salt and noodles.
- Cook Noodles: Cook noodles 2 minutes less than package suggests. Drain and return to pot.
