Shrimp:
- 1 lb. extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Seasoning:

- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Additional:
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, diced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Dab Shrimp Dry: Pat dry the shrimp with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Season Shrimp: Sprinkle shrimp with flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Prepare Skillet: Melt butter and olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Saute Garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook Shrimp: Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot topped with garlic butter sauce.
