- 150 ml (2/3 cup) milk, room temperature

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Batter preparation: In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, sugar, salt, and milk until smooth.
- Apple rings: Peel apples, slice into rings, and remove the core. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a shaker bottle.
- Frying: Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Dip apple rings in batter and fry until golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
