- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions
- Brown the beef, onion, and garlic: Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned, then transfer to a bowl.
- Brown the mushrooms: In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until golden brown.
