  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups beef broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons kosher salt

To Serve:

  • 12 ounces pasta (like pappardelle), cooked

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef, onion, and garlic: Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned, then transfer to a bowl.
  2. Brown the mushrooms: In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until golden brown.
