- 2 cups Dark chocolate chips or sugar-free
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, divided, or butter
For the Pistachio Filling:
- 8 ounces raw pistachio butter, creamy
- 6 ounces kataifi pastry dough, shredded phyllo dough
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips or any white chocolate for design, optional
Instructions
- Prepare Chocolate Molds: Drizzle white chocolate in the molds for design, if desired. Set aside.
- Melt Dark Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil in the microwave.
- Coat Molds: Spread melted chocolate in molds and chill.
- Make Pistachio Filling: Cook kataifi in coconut oil, then mix in pistachio butter and tahini.
- Fill Molds: Divide pistachio mixture into molds, cover with more chocolate, and chill.
- Serve: Set in fridge or freezer, remove from molds, and enjoy!
