Ingredients

Cantaloupe:

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, seeds and skin removed, fruit chopped or scooped with melon baller

Cucumber:

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

Lime Juice:

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime), plus more if desired

Water:

  • 1 cup water, or more depending on desired sweetness

Ice:

  • Generous serving of ice

Mint Leaves (optional):

  • For garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the water, cantaloupe, and lime juice to a blender. Pulse until fully blended, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour liquid through a fine mesh sieve or strainer to remove any unwanted froth/foam or scoop off with a spoon.
  3. Pour over a generous amount of ice or allow to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
  4. Add mint leaves and additional slices of melon or cucumber for garnish (optional).
