- 9 ounces refrigerated tortellini cheese or prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Softening the Tortellini: Put the tortellini in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them soften for 3 minutes, then drain.
- Seasoning the Tortellini: Return the tortellini to the bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and Parmesan. Toss gently to coat.
