- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions
- Preheat oven and Prepare Baking Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook Pasta: Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, softened cream cheese, whole milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Combine Pasta and Chicken with Sauce: Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- Add Cheese: Mix in 1 cup shredded mozzarella and ½ cup grated parmesan cheese into the pasta mixture.
- Assemble and Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
