- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 cups Chicken Broth

- 2 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning

For the Pasta:
- 1 pound Penne Pasta
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Add the Ingredients: Place chicken, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, butter, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken from the slow cooker, shred or dice into large pieces.
- Prepare Sauce and Pasta: Whisk the sauce in the slow cooker. Return chicken to the pot, add uncooked pasta, cover, and cook on high for 20-30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Finish: Stir in Parmesan cheese, cover for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
