For the Pasta:

  • 1 pound Penne Pasta
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken from the slow cooker, shred or dice into large pieces.
  4. Prepare Sauce and Pasta: Whisk the sauce in the slow cooker. Return chicken to the pot, add uncooked pasta, cover, and cook on high for 20-30 minutes until pasta is tender.
