  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the seasoning paste: In a small bowl, combine the kosher salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix well to form a uniform paste.
  2. Coat the chicken: Rub the seasoning paste evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat and cook in air fryer: Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip and continue cooking: Flip the chicken breasts over and cook for an additional 4 to 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) to ensure they are properly cooked but still juicy.
