Mozzarella Sticks:
- 8 mozzarella string cheese
Breading:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Mozzarella Sticks: Unwrap the mozzarella sticks and cut them in half.
